As businesses are getting back to some sort of normality, our focus remains on the safety and well-being of our staff and customers.
From the first week of August 2020 ICAB staff are returning to head office in a phased approach. Plans have been compiled with health and safety in mind and we have ensured we move operations to a more blended approach of home and office working. This will ensure our employees are safe and our services remain uninterrupted. This has allowed us to improve our call answering time, however, you can still communicate with us swiftly and effectively by emailing info@icab.uk.com which is manned Monday to Friday, 9am-5.30pm.
Our telephone lines remain open 24/7 for emergency accommodation instructions.
We are continuing to monitor the situation and liaising with suppliers critical to the running of our services.

As the hospitality industry and rental market is opening up in accordance with government guidelines, we are working closely with providers to ensure all the customers can be accommodated in a safe environment for the duration of their stay.
We are utilising our external kitchen and bathroom PODs to enable customers to remain at home, and have begun offering internal POD solutions where safe and viable to do so.
We will no longer be holding meetings with clients and have asked colleagues to move any planned face-to-face meetings online.
